If a summon is charged to my car during the Flexi period, who will bear the cost?

Wahdah will charge customers and reimburse the owner accordingly. However, it is the owner's responsibility to monitor and update Wahdah regularly regarding parking violations, traffic offenses, or AES summons. Only the owner can verify summons for the respective plate number. If the owner fails to conduct timely checks and submits a claim more than10 days after car return, Wahdah will not be held responsible, and no further action will be taken to pursue the customer.
