What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

We offer 24/7 roadside assistance. If the issue is not resolved quickly, a replacement vehicle will be provided (subject to availability) for ongoing booking but no refund for the paid Flexi fee.

13.2. Rental Operation costs such as

 

a -   WaHero, the person in charge who assists in checking in and checking out the car 

b -   Cleaning fees

c -   Fuel, if the customer returns with less than a full tank.

 

13.3. Wear and tear maintenance such as

 

  • Car Tyres
  • Car batteries
  • Minor repaint (touch-up)

-  Including fuel, labor fee for runner & admin fee for documentation/process occurs
